Though this can be achieved using any url shortener but a custom url shortener just for this purpose with a cool domain name always sounds better.

• AppGeyser - Lets you turn any web content into an Android App. Only problem is that it does not support RSS feeds. Supports HTML5, Ads, Advanced Stats and Social Sharing.
• FreeBlogApps - Converts any RSS feed into an Android App.
• Android3Apps - Can make variety of Android apps for free including Games, Photo Portfolio, Quiz Apps, Puzzles, Ebook Apps and even a Radio Station App.
• IntroWizard - Creates Iphone Apps for free and even submit to the App store for no cost.
• iBuildApp - Creates Iphone Apps with lots of features. They submit the app on your behalf though you can publish app independently also for $199.

It will allow you to do write posts, upload media items via simple file operations. Though it is only Read-only at the moment but is an awesome idea. Waiting for the write option to be introduced.
